Beetloaf

In 2019, Hyundai's Super Bowl ad followed a couple on their journey through several layers of hell to go car shopping, which was remedied by their convenient service called Shopper's Assurance that made car shopping better. Among the horrible, depressing and abysmal places they visited was a vegan dinner party, which, as we anticipated, made a lot of vegans angry. And angry people FLOCK to social to share their vitriol.

But we were prepared.

To appease the vegans and let the world know we weren't evil jerks, we created this Beetloaf recipe featured in the spot to post on social during the game. It turned the negative attention on its head, and earned a ton of positive press and mentions, redeeming Hyundai for their sin.

Yes, I wrote the recipe. Yes, I tasted it. (Tates just like beet stuffing.)
