Car accidents are scary. For one mom, it could have been the end. But thanks to everyone at Hyundai, her Elantra did its job, saving her life so she could still be a mom to her kids.
This letter was one of many inspiring notes, social posts and emails Hyundai receives from its customers sharing how their car saved their life. Their safety earned Hyundai many awards, but it's also one of the reasons Hyundai has been #1 in customer loyalty.
Our challenge was to tell these stories in a creative way, that did not feel exploitative or lean too heavily into the world of testimonials.
