The Kona Way
When Hyundai launched their new Kona compact SUV, we headed to its namesake in Hawaii and partnered with locals and influencers to film a series documenting what the car stood for: following your passions.
The launch happened solely on social media. This campaign tapped into the target audience perfectly, aligning with their psychology and belief that values passion and experiences over material possessions. Knowing this, we found influencers who also lived this lifestyle and matched them with real Kona residents to uncover what it meant to live "the Kona way" in three long form films, including one shot in 360.
We extended the production further with a collection of feature-based ads to use for paid media to help convert viewers into shoppers.
